The technical who treated my property today was very professional. He was very thorough and did an excellent job!

He arrived at the house and stated what he would be doing, and I asked him to address two additional issues that I added. The fact that we had black ants entering the house in two separate areas and the need for some sticky traps. He addressed both issues with the sticky traps providing three of them, and identifying how was going to attack the black ant problem we recently encountered. Great Job!

We signed up a month ago, and this was our 2nd service. The technician arrived on time, but unprepared. He didn't know we wanted a backpack dispersal of chemicals vice a hose, and his backpack was broken. He said we'd have to reschedule services, but someone could be back tomorrow (Tue); WRONG again. After a 30 minute wait on their call line, I got service rescheduled for Wed -- had to speak to an operator in Portland, while I was in Phoenix!! Couldn't talk to anyone local. Imagine my surprise a few minutes later when I received an email stating service was complete, and we'd been charged!! Very unprofessional technician and poor service. Also, the service was marked complete without customers signature. Highly preposterous.

While the technician's notes say the house was cleared of cob webs, there are plenty of cob webs at eye level and easily seen that were missed. Therefore I assume there was no attempt at removing the cobwebs.
