Joshua Sandoval was my technician. He listened to my requests and promptly addressed my concerns. What a concept! I get bit by everything known to man so this service is a need not a want! He focused on my patio, around the back and front doors, around the house and yard. Now I'm safe! I told him about my tortoise and he kept him out of harm's way also. He was prompt, professional and courteous, so Aptive knows how to hire the best! Thank you!

My TECHNICIAN is great-always responsive to questions and requests.. However, 2 problems! The first link to get to his name is broken so he wont get credit for getting a good review-not fair! Also, after our LAST service, I called the company and spoke to a young lady about suspending today's service, with the idea that we would pick it back up again in January or February-whenever the next one would be scheduled. We agreed that is what would happen. When I received the email that your company went ahead and scheduled the service even though we had specifically agreed to SKIP this one, I called the company. Did not do what I asked when I scheduled appointment over the phone. Asked for the 4 mouse bait traps to be filled and to treat for stink bugs. Emails say he treated for spider, amphids and ants. If this type of service continues I will cancel Aptive.

This technician Jamal Lee DID NOT perform service in my back yard. I was not there but I had two office individuals, in the backyard office. Not once did they see him out there. I have TONS of ant mounds that needed to be treated, and they weren't. He was there only about 10 minutes. NO way he could treat my front and back yard in that short amount of time. My office staff saw him briefly and even tried to run and catch him but he was gone too fast. I am extremely disappointed in this service. I called the office and the receptionist was very nice. She has rescheduled them to come back this Saturday. I do expect this to happen at NO EXTRA cost.

no one was ever here, the doorbell camera never detected movement and our backyard is locked and would need someone to come to the door to get me to unlock it.
