While I would love to leave the technicians' who have visited tips, I always get an error message when I try the link to do it. Is there another way? Brian was great and helpful and patient with our dog. He did a great job!

Rudy was very nice and professional. I showed him where the spots I needed treatment and he and his helper, ( can't remember his name) I think it was Steve, made sure I was satisfied.

Marquis Brown is excellent. Very thorough and attentive. He noticed rodent dropping at the corner of the backyard and addressed it, swept the side array which had rotten figs from the neighbor tree to prevent bugs coming to our backyard. Much appreciated!!!!
Friendly and helpful with all of our request. Was in and out without any disturbance as my husband and I both work from.home
Good service, don't expect a customer to want to fill out comments, I would want to just do the rating.
There tech agreed to let me know when he was finished. I was looking for him from inside the house to see when he came around back, but never saw him. I went out to check on him about 20 minutes after he arrived, and he was gone. I don't know whether he actually completed the service or not. I guess I'll just have to take his word. In the "completed service" email I received later, he asks me to mention his name in the review, but he failed to mention his name in the email. Very disappointed with this visit.
