Jacob called letting us know when he was coming...he actually was here the last time he listed to my husband describe the area of concern...Jacob also ask about a couple other areas and placed traps...this company really worked with us during Covid and I continue to recommend your company...You listen to us....very rare these days...Thank you Jacob

Did not listen to what was supposed to be done. Did not clean webs, sprayed only 2 corners under backyard eaves, did not spray patio at all and refused saying it would not work unless it was on grass, when I said if he had questions he blew me off and said ill figure it out. He was here for maybe 20min if that. Before services started he said he probably did not have flea spray with him and/or not enough and then said he did but didn't spray for fleas. He had more interest in the grapes in my backyard than his job. He made it very clear he was new at the job (unprofessional) and then proceeded to blow me off. When I'm paying this much for services they need to be rendered!! Worst customer...Read More
