The technicians listen attentively and care about what they do, but the products aren't working. I haven't seen any improvement. My infestation is as bad as ever.

I tried to click on the link today after the technician got done. The link said "access Denied" I would definately like to say that our tech, Jason Duncan was very polite and helpful and he definately deserves his bonus! I hope he recieves that for our service today!

Your technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and performed a thorough treatment for spiders which were evident in the eaves of our roof. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get her name. Thank you for the follow-up service since the quarterly visit on Tuesday did not address any of the issues we encountered since the initial treatment last month.

Technician was fine. Would have liked a call before he came out. Disappointed that inly outside was done which I understand has to happen because of Covid but we are still paying the same price.

I am not pleased with their handlings of a current situation. I had cancelled my service after a year contract(due to a child that has severe allergic reactions and loosing my job due to COVID) and then three months later they came to my property unannounced. I received a text message when they were on site and then ten mins later got an email of the charge. I have called customer service and been incredibly patient, but they refuse to remove the charge and/or apologize for the lack of care. I will not be returning or recommending their services.
