The Aptive technicians are always helpful and engaged with our particular issues. I appreciate receiving e-mail notices of upcoming service and completion. And most importantly, it works.

The trap you put down the first visit got turned over some how, and when your guy came out this time he didn't even bother putting it back into place. So I wonder what really did he check and or do this time out? What am I paying for?

I only got 1 rat trap and I told the tech that I wanted a least 3 traps, and the bugs are still around ! Not too happy with your Service!!!!!

My service person was Kevin Anderson, and I thought he was very knowledgeable. He was not aware that I had emailed Aptive about a vole infestation, but he was able to address it immediately and answered all of my questions. Seems like he has extensive experience in pest control.
