Since I have been using Aptive I no longer have ants in my house. It was terrible with the ants nesting in the cathedral ceiling and then dead ants were falling in my living room. I am so glad to be ant free.
I wasn't able to be home when the technician arrived, but I left the gate unlocked. Michelle did clean webs where I had previously noticed them. She also locked the gate before she left. Thanks for the great service.
Very knowledgeable and provided details what and why he was doing what he was doing and answered all my questions. Very polite and customer service was #1.
I appreciate that my service guy called me and left me a message at my door. He indicated on the service card that he could not get into the back yard. Honestly, I didn't expect anybody to come until 10 am to noon, while I was at the vet. So, I do need to reschedule an appointment when I'm home obviously so that the exterminator can get in. Otherwise, he was excellent and very polite.
Professional and courteous!!! Out technician was on time and efficient. We will use their services again if needed.
Rachell Jones was the technician that came to my house. She was very hands on, informative, and very sweet.
I am very happy with the service.
The technician did not meet our expectations. He did not have a mask on when he entered our home. He did not ask any questions about what we have noticed or experienced since our last treatment. He did not explain what he treated or what he saw or noticed. He was on our property less than 15 minutes and did not ask us any questions or explanation of anything. Very unsatisfied with him . Our last technician was very professional and very helpful. I believe her name was Jasmine. We would like to request for her to be our technician going forward.
Gabe was very polite and responsive to our problems. He paid extra attention to those areas and pests and made sure we had the pest control in place for those things (Rats, Mice, Slugs, Ants) . He reviewed the treatment with me after and reinforced the desire of the company to serve us and make sure our pest problems are managed. Thank you
He seemed to do a thorough job of spraying, however he left with the garage door open and the door from the house to the garage wide open. He knew that I had a puppy. It’s sheer luck that she did not run out and get away
before I realized the doors were open!
Arrived on time but was not wearkng a mask. Took care of problem and gave me information concerning how to deal in fiture.
