tech is a great job. He insured all flower beds were spayed as well as the existing fire ant mounds.

Technician showed up at 5:55 P.M. and when I responded did not know if you were going to make it today his response was he still had 7 more homes to make that day. He then hurriedly sprayed my home and left by 6:05. For this service I was charged $139.64. My neighbor was serviced yesterday by Romney Pest Control and they sprayed, put out granules and swept their eves. Understand I am paying for the service and spray but not a hurried service due to technician being overloaded. Please cancel my service.

Please have the technician put his name somewhere on the service receipt. Would recommend this tech for a bonus, but didn't see a name tag on uniform or any of the paperwork.

I've had Aptive for more than a year and it seems like my pest problem has almost gotten worse since. There doesn't seem to be any progress where infestation is concerned with my yard. Also, part of the service I'm paying for includes the backyard, trees, and back porch but they haven't been treated.
