Mike was very polite, thorough and honest - he accidentally broke an old light globe, and offered to pay for it out of his pocket. I have some extra globes, so it was no problem. Mike is a great employee at Aptive!

Antoine Bostic came to my house today for a rodent problem. He was pleasant and helpful. He removed mouse nests for me which he didn't have to do and I am thankful for his help!

This employee went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of. He took down a nest I asked him to and took care of the garage, inside the house where he addressed the roach and spider problem, and made sure I knew he was finished and leaving. He also called before coming out and giving me time to get my dogs secured. This was the best service I have received from this company. He addressed all issues and he was very friendly as well. Thank you!!
