Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

I wasn’t sure when he got done. Because he did not go over with me the areas I told him to spray so I knew it was done. I even told him I will open the garage door for him but I guess I forgot to open it. I was present at home so he had no excuse. I am pregnant so I get forgetful sometimes and there is no way to close my garage without the pin and that’s how I know he did not spray the garage.
Technician very professional and personable. Listened to my concerns and took care of any issues I was having. Even gave me some information on why people may see roaches coming up from their drains. Have just started using Aptive about 2 years ago. I will admit their price alot higher than what I paid former exterminating company, but well worth it. Thank you.
Great customer service, Tony was real respectful of my home, and I didn’t even have to ask him to cover his shoes while entering my home.
Skyler showed up as scheduled. He was very helpful and knew exactly what to do. He sprayed inside the house, in the garage and sprayed the front side and rear sides of the house. He was very cordial and friendly.
Very good service by Mr.Wood . He provided solid service. He also came inside to spray and look for any possible insect/rodent problems which others dont do.
Amazing job. He was very very good. Aptive is great. Wouldn't think of hiring anyone else.
The Tech provided excellent service he even brushed downs the outside of my house. Hitting all of the problem areas.
Mike provided ant bait stations for use within the house. He also treated the yard for slugs, checked the exterior rodent bait traps and checked the status of sticky rodent traps in the crawl space. He advised me that this was a follow-up visit not the regular quarterly inspection and treatment that I was led to believe by the text notification. I appreciate s his professionalism and communication skills.
The tech only treated the front yard. I called the office to informed them. The rep left a message for the tech to come back. The tech did not return as of 330; but received a completed service ticket at 257.
Did a great job. Was very personable and helpful. Did a thorough job!
