Steven was knowldegable and answered all of my questions. He informed me of what he was going to do and what he did. He wore a mask the entire time and was respectful of my home. He was also very pleasant to work with and overall I was quite pleased with his work.

Either the tech was a whizz or didn't complete the whole service. He was not here very long at all. We are really not sure he sprayed all the places noted in the agreement. We are on a fixed income and the service is a lot for us especially when it might not be complete. This was the quickest service every. Not a happy customer today.
