Joe Cipriano was the technician that serviced our home today. By far the the best tech that has serviced my home so far. We were going to cancel the service because the last 2 of the 3 techs that were here did a crap job at servicing the home. Joe however has done an excellent job. Joe should be the one to train the others how to do the job the right way. Thank you again Joe for a great job.

Curtis did a good job, he was professional and asked questions regarding the spraying, and my concerns about what kind of insects and other things. He sprayed around the outside starting on front court yard, and going around my back yard. Thank you mister Curtis

James was polite, but I can't see paying what I pay for 5 minutes of work. Didn't even spray in the house. There were other areas that needed treated as well. I am tired of paying for people telling me they can't do things I ask. He asked what my big problem was and I said ants. He sprayed and put down a few drops of something in the window, but this morning I woke up to a ant invasion! Needless to say, I took care of the problem myself. Why am I paying for a service if I have to do this?! I think it's time for a change. I want a thorough treatment every quarter, not a squirt and go.
