Seems excessive to charge $91 to just look for and remove wasp nests. This was done only 2 months ago. Also no spraying around foundation. Also we did not hear you ring the doorbell so we did not get the chance to have the garage and basement sprayed. Our first big disappointment with Aptive.

Seems excessive to charge $91 for just wasp nest (which I believe we had none and anyway you removed nests in your September service) and no spraying and I did not hear the doorbell so the basement was not done.

Received a receipt for the service (9:05am) before I was even notified of the service appointment (9:17am). Asked for a review at 10:07am! Literally, we received notice of the appointment just before the technician showed up. Fortunately, our patio contractor was not there today. Must do better.
