The technician arrived at premises. Rang the door bell and introduced himself as Aptiva technician. The technician inquired the outside gates is unlocked and the dog is put away. I informed him no dog and the gates are unlocked. He said than you. The technician handled the visit in a professional manner.
He was Very efficient and Professional. Gabriel was also knowledgeable and courteous. I would Love to have him service me again.
When our tech arrived to ask about our concerns this month I specifically mentioned about the wasp nest left up on the light fixture. He literally knocked it down and put it on our table for us to see. This is not what we would expect. Again, your service lasted less than 7 minutes. I don't think it was thorough enough to cover the front yard, much less the backyard fence perimeter. I'm very concerned we are not getting the service we are paying for. I specifically talked about these skinny black bugs on the patio and no mention of those on this list at all. Not once did I mention ants or roaches.
He is friendly and polite. And I am sure, he knows his job. I am satisfied.
Perfectly on target! Great job with and making notification ahead of time and being sure the house sitters were indoors before they started spraying.
My winter house sitter indicated that Jarod was polite and wanted to be sure they were inside before he sprayed. He gave me plenty of warning to let them know when he was on the way. Perfectly planned and executed!!!!
I had a mouse in my garage it was in the trap. The tech was Quentin Atkins he came and removed the mouse and left the area nice and clean .He was as quiet as a mouse lol. Thank you 😊
