Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

I loved seeing a woman helping me. I am a woman-owned company and seeing just men in any field makes me upset!
She was amazing, I was in a phone meeting and I just pointed. I did not even speak, she did her job and then some. I would give her 10 plus stars if I could! Please send her each time! I have a busy job and cannot take the time to speak to anyone. Thank you, Rachel Schneiderman
Steve was very friendly, gave me a couple traps when I mentioned I'd had rats, and returned the next day after my service to place a bait box. Even my dog was happy to meet him!
The service personnel was excellent and courteous very thorough with his work
She did an excellent job and took the time to make sure I was happy. 5 stars
1. I am not sure that this technician was wearing a CDC approved mask. His appeared to have two vents.
2. He attempted to first enter without putting on his protective shoe coverings.
3. Without mentioning this to me before hand, he placed open, sticky traps in very conspicuous places. No pest control company has ever used anything but closed baited traps.
4. He asked to use the powder room. Cleary, a breach of protocol during the current pandemic crisis. I of course politely declined.
5. I am, frankly, offended by your company's requests to "tip" my technician. Do you not pay your employees adequately? He is not a waiter. Why should I even consider tipping him for doing his job (an...Read More
Performed all service as directed - very thorough. Cordell was very professional in his approach.
Jake Mckeehan did a great job. The scheduling was flawed as I have told Aptive before that I don't get home until 4pm , yet they didn't communicate this to the scheduling department. Jake rearranged his schedule and came back to service my home before clocking out for the day. He's a man with integrity
Christian was very professional and polite. He went over all our concerns and addressed them and provided instructions for follow up.
Tammy Grossenbach Is a great person and professional and very nice - she explained what she did but I only saw her applying a powder while the invoice said two products were applied. She was gentile and left a green card indicating she had came to my house but I saw and spoke to her. She also checked the mouse box to see if there was bait inside and this is not normally done by other technicians. She also played with my cat which demonstrates she loves animals and this is priceless! Kudos to Thammy - she deserves a bonus
Rafferty is efficient in his work. He is knowledgeable about pests as well as Aptive's approach in controlling them. He helped us understand the "nature of the beast" (ants). Rafferty is punctual, respectful and polite. We will continue to ask for Rafferty to visit our home on the ant Hill, to perform pest control services.
