Our service agent Justin was Courteous and prompt. He spoke to my mother as well as myself to let us both know he was there to spray. He was thorough and efficient. Thank you.

Raferty did a great job. Kept social distancing, asked about any special concerns, gave me options for treatment of those, and then informed me my son (and several of his friends) were on the side of the house and the poison he'd be spraying might be harmful to them. This gave me time to warn them and move them away from my house, since I didn't even know they were over there.

Nicholas was beyond helpful! We had a scorpion in our house for the first time in 20 years. Aptive was out the very next day and took care of the problem. Nicholas took the time to take extra care of the inside and outside of our house. I have been with Green Mango pest control, Bulwark and preventative pest control and non have ever performed service like this. Outstanding service!

I had an appointment window that began at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 11/25/20. The appointment was to include my normal, quarterly service outside as well as enter my home to get some areas in the Master bathroom and basement where I have been seeing pests. Thus, the need for a timed appointment. At 12:39 PM I got an e-mail saying that my service was completed. I never heard my doorbell ring, or received a call or text saying the technician was on his way, or here. But the main thing is that he was two hours early with no warning or notification.
