Aptive is a residential and commercial pest control service. It's based in Sandy, Utah, but operates in major cities throughout 26 states. It treats a variety of flying and crawling insects as well as rats and snails.

Jose was right on time and very friendly and great work cleaning up webs and spraying around the house.
Excellent as always. The treatment has been very through and has provided our home with exceptional pest control. I would recommend aptive to anyone that need exceptional quality and service.
The technician did not tell us that he was here. Our pest problem is mostly not outside, but inside. Since he did not try to get inside, all of the pest problems we have inside are not be addressed other than what I am doing on my own.

I called Aptive after they had been to our home to do the quarterly pest control. I realized after they had left that I forgot to ask them to spray the garage. I called them and they sent someone back the next day.
Jose B. was very concientous about wearing a mask and thoroughly went over our garage in addition to setting a couple of traps where I had never had mice before. I am very grateful for his professionalism and pleasant personality. Jose went over and above and I certainly appreciated him coming back.
I'm very satisfied with the technicians that service our home. They are always polite and receptive to my requests. I wish, however, that the link the company provides in the follow-up email to rate the technicians so they can receive a $5 bonus worked. I have brought this to their attention twice several months ago by email, but it still isn't working. If the company is offering to reward their techs whom their customers believed earned it, then they should repair the link and notify existing customers of the repaired link.
I am thankful for the narrative left at my front door explaining the services that were performed. Thanks to Stacey for a great job!
He came around back with the brush thing but did not come around back to spray anything and do not know if he sprayed around fronteven since I was in the basement when he came.
