Jeancy was so attentive to the issues we were having with our wasps and previous ant issue. He let me address all the sites,, even though i may have been repeating myself.. He has a comforting demeanor that was so releiving to have him service our home. I appreciate his expertise and he was a joy to work with today.

This person is lucky there are pictures to even prove he was at my house. I am guessing the only thing he did was pose those items for the pictures because there were ZERO footprints in the snow which means he did not go around my home at all and never even left the driveway. I am disgusted that I can not trust that Aptive employees honestly perform the job and do the service completely which I am sure to be charged for. My gates were not locked. The person had full access to treat all areas surrounding my home. Pests don't just come in through the garage. Such a disappointment...
