I am so tired of the agents coming in and doing half butt jobs. One I didn't receive a call before he showed up. Secondly I walk around my house and nothing was done. There are still webs in the same exact spots there were in before. Also I should not have to tell an agent how to do his job. I am constantly being asked do you want me to spay here and there. If I am going to pay for the service I expect everything to be sprayed and service. I tried aptive before and hated it and it is still the same just in a different area. Please do not ask for my opinion if you are not going to fix it or the workers that come out to the homes.
