The aptive tech who treated our home today was highly courteous and professional. He made the extra effort to de-web and treat in all the hard to reach nooks and crannies of our homes exterior. Much appreciated.

Mr. Miles performed excellent service! Friendly and professional. Wore protective equipment and took the proper precautions for COVID, explained the process and what he will be doing to check, clean and treat areas specific to our home. Identified several issues which we did not know about as only a trained eye could. Very thorough and provided an information card at the end confirming the services performed with information needed shall we have a problem. We are very happy with our service and have seen results! Good Job!

I was home this morning. The technician knocked on the door to let me know he arrived, and then he left a few minutes later. I never noticed him enter the backyard or do anything out front. I've been home several times before when other technicians came, and I always noticed them covering the whole premises. I don't believe this technician actually performed the work thoroughly. I had my backdoor open and should have easily observed him proceeding. I also took my trash out between him knocking at the front door and him driving away. He was in his truck the whole time that I observed.
