Armando Perez was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to my concerns and addressed them (about problem areas). I was very pleased with this technician.
Alex was very professional and asked us about problem areas so he could adjust the mixture to help with our specific problems. Great Job!!!!

He was very respectful and nice . they called 30 mins before arrived just like the promise.
Your technician managed to trash all my exterior windows with some sort of wet mop. We had just paid $75 to have them washed and now they are a mess! Also, you last serviced our home 10/10/19. Service should be every three months. This service occurred only at a 2 month interval. Somehow, I’m going to be paying more cause that yahoo tech said they’d be back in March. It’s just screwed up. We are NOT HAPPY

He refused to come in and spray. He said it was against company policy for him to spray when kids are home. This was never communicated to us. We have had technicians spray inside when kids were home in the past. He then was at our property for less than 10 minutes and then left. Not sure what he as actually able to do outside in that amount of time...I am thinking he just didnt want to do his job. Very disappointing!
The technician, Tristan Inman was very professional and efficient. He covered every area I thought he should and areas I didn’t realize needed treatment. Very grateful for this service.
