Brittney came out today to service our house. She was friendly and explained what she would be doing. I asked her also to check for possible entry point into our home by chipmunks, etc, as we seem to have critter activity. She checked and treated all around the foundation and let me know what she found. She also let me know if we had any issues in between treatments, that they would come out to take care of any problems at no charge. I love when a company puts emphasis on good customer service. Thank you Brittney. You deserve a bonus!

He sprayed a substance around a switch plate and now there is a sticky funky goo dripping down the wall and all around the plate??? Normal? Certainly don’t want it to stay there. Warm water get it off?

I rescheduled for a Saturday so that we could be home because I needed the inside of the house treated which I specified when scheduling my apt. yet the technician said he ran out of time and couldn’t treat the inside of the house But Im confused since theirs no set appointment times! When I spoke to customer service they couldn’t explain why the tech did that so Now Im having to reschedule to have the inside treated! Which will not be until NEXT MONTH!

Dallin did a great job. He came out much earlier in the day then was originally scheduled and I greatly appreciate that. Very pleasant and courteous. I have been very pleased with all the technicians that have come out since the service started. Thank you!

I'd like to reevaluate the tech that came to my house today. I received an email letting me know my service was completed. I called customer service to let them know my service was not complete because I was home and didnt see anyone (I also have cameras). The tech, Kyle received my comments and rating and realized he had performed the service on another house and not mine. He came back to my house this afternoon and explained the situation to me. I think Kyle should receive the $5 bonus for his customer service. He demonstrated superior service in making sure the customer is happy. Thanks Kyle!

While the technician was friendly, we have found this service to be unhelpful. We have just as many spider webs and mice as before we started in the spring. I feel we have given them a good chance, they have come back out between services, but nothing they have done is effective. They want to charge us $200 to stop services. I specially said I would only agree to their service if I could quit if I was unhappy. I'm unhappy and I can't quit without a large charge.

Very thorough. Explained what he was going to do before he did anything. Recapped what he did when he completed the work. Covered his shoes when he entered the home! Very nice and friendly!
