Pedro Carrero was our technician. He was prompt, courteous & thorough.
He ask if we wanted him to come in and spray as well. I said that was not necessary, but asked if he could spray in the garage and the storage shed out back. He said he was glad to handle that. Finished his job quickly, told us where he had sprayed and was gone.
Michael Anthony did a great job. Very thorough. We are pleased with his work.
Today I was served by a Great technician! He was personable and thorough. Please come back.
I was not satisfied with your service.
1- your initial representative stated, if I wanted, when the technician arrives he will treat my complete property. That technician refused! He said that was not part of the company’s policy.
2- the initial representative said, if I wanted, the technician would remove the receptacle plates in order to spray inside the walls. That technician refused! He said that was not part of the company’s policy.
3- today Thursday, 01-02-20, the technician sprayed the chemicals inside three (3) of my pet dishes. I happened to be next to the sliding glass door when he did this. I immediately had a few words with him, telling him I was going to report this event....Read More
The tech was Very polite. He performed a great job. The required area was well covered.
Chris was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and personable. We appreciated how respectful and understanding he was. Showed his dedication by working on a holiday. Great person to have on the Aptive team!
This is the first technician since my first treatment that really takes the time to do a good job. He was very courteous and even willing to come back another day considering that I had not received notice of him coming.
He also followed my preferences of not spraying wood and glass doors.
