Tech was very friendly and listened to all the concerns I had. Would like for him to be my regular tech if possible.
A special thank you to technician Kerry Jefferson who was polite and professional quick and targeted the areas where I showed the problem with the black widows. Excellent service I would definitely recommend.

Tyrone C. Visited my home on 1/17 and he did a marvelous job. He spent time asking questions and talking about the plan during the change of seasons and new bugs coming. Very knowledgeable and I very much appreciated his expertise!
Christopher Sulayao performed service on our home January 14. Although we were not home when the service was done, we could tell he was very thorough. Our trash cans were moved to treat the area behind them and our patio furniture had been moved enough to access other hidden areas. Doormats were moved back a foot or so from the door to provide access to those areas too. Well done Christopher.
Alfonso Rodriguez was very helpful and friendly today. He performed regular quarterly service, but also helped with an additional rat problem. He gave us traps and some new information to help is be more successful at getting rid of them. I tried to follow the first link in the follow up email that I think went to a survey about his performance today, but the page wouldn't load despite several attempts. So please give him the bonus, with our thanks -- he earned it.

Not sure why I get charged for a service I did not receive and why make an appointment with me and not keep it. Not happy with this company. One time you came and the guy locked my back gate to not get in my back yard, so he didnt have to do his job. So Im not giving you any stars.
My technician was the nicest person who went above and beyond (he not only kindly interacted with my dog, he also cleaned up the remains of a squirrel left in my yard by a stray cat).
