Awesome service, very knowledgeable. Came on time and explained everything detailed. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.
Roberto was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, he made sure I was satisfied with the work he did. Before he left, he made sure there was nothing else I needed.

Marvin was excellent today! He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was completed smoothly.
The technician arrived at 2:51 and left at 3:06pm. He dusted our eves along the front side of the house, and I am not sure what else. He said hello to my husband who arrived at 3:04pm. On the door cam he arrived and waited 2-3 minutes at the door, dusted around the front door and left 10 minutes later. I'm not sure what he did OR if he did anything. He did not spray anything or do anything else that I could see on video, and was not at our home long enough to do much other than talk to his friend. This is an atrocious service ... to kill bugs in the winter?? while they are not active; I'm shocked and annoyed that this is called our pest control service AND we paid for this? Ridicul...Read More

My experience with Aptive has been great. Mike Mancini has been at my house in Suffolk NY a few times and I've had no issues. When I started my service with Aptive, I had to request re-service a few times because the insects were very visible after treatment. Mike Mancini was the person who came to do my last re-service. I haven't had to do a reserve since Mike has been doing the service. Mike really wants and does a great job and he does do the treatment at my house as though it's his own, which says a lot about who he is as a person.
