The email did not list my technician's name but he serviced my home on Saturday 02/29/20. He called ahead of time to let me know how long it would take him to arrive since it is a weekend and the office is closed which was very considerate. He took the time to go through the house and asked me what pests we were seeing. He went above and beyond.
