I have yet to get the inside of my home serviced. The inside has never once been sprayed . I have bugs in side my home now because only outside has ever been serviced. What's disturbing is that my fourteen-year-old came across the snake in our flower garden just yesterday. If you had just sprayed on the 13th, wouldn't it be dead or gone by now? I need my house, inside and out re-serviced. No one has ever come in and sprayed the inside of my house. Despite the fact that is what I signed up for.
Tyree answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He did an awesome job.
The young man listened carefully to our concern and tried to address them. He was very good at his job!
WE HAVE MORE ANTS NOW THEN BEFORE HE SPRAYED LAST WEDNESDAY. OUR HOUSE IS OVER RUN BY ANTS!!!!
Very happy with Aptive overall and Carlos today. I get multiple notices in advance so I know when to be ready and what to expect. And then a helpful follow up email with photos explaining what took place.
Juan was very professional and courteous. He was very friendly and was patient while I tended to another phone call.

I work from home so i requested when i recieved a phone call for the tech to come to the back door which he did so i could let him in. The tech was in my house for 5 minutes at the most. no idea how long he was outside, guessing not long at all. when I said to him "you are finished? You wasn't here very long" he replied something like he is very fast and chuckled. I will not be renewing my service.
Since engaging aptive, pests inside our home, particularly in the basement area have decreased by 90% in during all seasons; very acceptable from my perspective. That said, I believe the Feb 27 applications by Christian McNabb were a continuation of this fine service. TJS
The Tech was diligent in trying to find the source of the problem. Tech treated all noticeable areas of infestation and gave good advice as to what to watch out for. Answered questions that i had especially in regard to our house pet-dog the house baby. Over all i am very satisfied that Aptive took my request seriously . Thank You.
