When I answered the door he mentioned he was here for spiders in the garage. I said no it is a whole inside spray. He looked at me and said why does it say that it is just the garage and why didn't I tell them it was the entire inside? It was very argumentative and it seemed to bother him to have to put on his booties. Almost told him to leave. I didn't trust him enough that I had to follow him into the garage. I also said I didn't get the 30 minute phone call ahead and he had to show me it happened, which it didn't. I don't blame him for the fact that I didn't get the call, he knocked again on the door as asked if my phone number was correct. We agreed it was and then I got the ph...Read More

Bruce Pike delivered excellent service. He performed our quarterly treatment and was very informative regarding the products used and what to expect.
