Richard with Aptive did an excellent job and went above and beyond by recommending different things around the house to do to keep us pest free.

Stephen did the best he could, but he came thinking I had mice when I had specifically said rats. And, I had said they were in every room of my house. 2 rat traps was not adequate. In addition, he kept asking me where I wanted him to set the traps. i am not the expert. I was expecting the service person to identify point of entry, decide what treatment was would be most effective, decide where to place the treatment. Also, I asked the phone representative at least 3 times if treatment for rats was included, and each time I was told yes, it’s included.
