It’s not the tech I want to talk about. I’m sure my tech is great. I am paying for service I don’t even know for sure if I’m getting? I never the tech. Is that normal?
Also, why did y’all come out in less than a month apart? I agreed to quarterly service. I did receive phones calls that y’all were coming out, but due to my work changing I was unable to get ahold of y’all to stop the service. I am not happy that $117 just came out of my account when I was told the service was going to be quarterly.
Please don’t come back until the end of July!!!!

I was here all day and did not see the tech arrive or perform service. No service performance notice was left on the door. I have objected to your auto charge on my account and am canceling my account with Aptive Pest Control. I will file further complaints against your company as needed.

Jason Hansen was professional, courteous and thorough. He asked if there were any issues he could take care of that were not part of our usual service, of which we had none. He completed his work cleanly and did not disturb anything. Outstanding technician.
Our technician was friendly and professional. He arrived as scheduled and introduced himself before beginning work, asking if we had any specific concerns inside or out.
Russell seemed a little rushed as I tried to tell him about some of the bugs we’ve been seeing. Then I noticed he did not clean off the webs around the front porch at the eaves and light fixtures. I also mentioned that we were seeing ants on the front porch. I don’t think he sprayed the area I was referring to and they are still everywhere.
Mike did an excellent job & was on time and neat. Should be a good employee
