Nothing against your technician, but we got 3 inches of rain in the hours just after the application. I don't think any of what was sprayed was around by the next day. I'd like for you to come back out and re-apply when it's convenient for you. I'm pretty sure this application was nullified in short order.
Marcus must be good as my Great Pyrenees guard dog didn't even say "woof" once. I noticed that the review had me located in Minnesota. That is incorrect.
My technician was Peter Lee and he answered all of my questions and explained in detail. I’m very satisfied with my service today.
Mikayla was polite and listened to what I had to say about where we needed a bit more attention to our issue of ants and mice.

viewed on my security cameras: he did an excellent job spraying all around the house. He used the hose from his truck for the whole application. The last tech only used a small hand held sprayer for the back of the house. He did miss spraying under the raised wood deck. If I see a problem there I will call for a retreat. Aptive has been good about coming back out if I see bugs running around. He did a much better job than the last guy.
The man did an OK job treating the outside areas but when I requested the basement steps be treated due to having wolf spiders there all the time it was a mess. I went to walk down the steps and there were puddles of insecticide on all steps. My socks were soaked. I feel that may have been a little overkill with the amount laying on the steps. I would not want a child or pet stepping in the liquid and tracking it all over the house.
Please have the employee careful.
I specifically signed up your company to deal with a specific problem. you are unable to deal with my problem due to your rigidity in policies. I have a rat infestation. Stopping by for two minutes to drop off two rat boxes is a joke.
Justin called when he arrived which was great. He did a very thorough job. And I am very pleased with how well doing the outside also takes care of the inside. No problems at all to report there. Thank you!
I wasn't at home that day. However, we are so happy with the Aptive and the service we have received so far. Thanks for you work.
Chris was very personable and knowledgeable. He practiced social distancing, which I appreciate. He cleaned my eaves of any insects and put special traps in the garage after spraying the outside of my house.
