Marques Lemons was very thorough and informative. He also advised to call back if any new bugs show up. I thought that was really kind of him
Very nice young man he’s always welcome to service my house again
Jonathan Abbott made several helpful suggestions about what pest control would be most helpful in our yard and around the exterior of our house, then was very thorough and efficient in his work. I don't know if he actually knew more than our prior service agents, or was simply a better communicator. Either way, it resulted in the best service we've had since we started with Aptive. We would love to be able to arrange for him to return for future quarterly service calls.
Technician arrived on schedule. Communicated effectively and completed work efficiently. Followed my request to begin in front of house while my dog was in back yard.
we contracted with Aptive to address a mouse problem. I explained that we started seeing droppings on the stove. The situation has only worsened, exponentially. We now hear them constantly and have even seen them. We have been meticulous about keeping our kitchen but the problem persists - has worsened - despite the warmer weather's arrival. I would have expected this when it were getting warmer not the other way around.
