Thank you Aptive for your excellent service. Your technicians are always pleasant to deal with. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to spend time to answer all my questions about what products do. The reassurance about keeping my children and pets safe is comforting. Finally, I am also appreciative of the office staff. Each time I have called to deal with an appointment schedule conflict or payment arrangement, they make my experience so genuinely happy and easy. Thanks Aptive for being a great company to work with all around.

I had a little problem with ants coming in not quite a week ,I believe, after having a treatment. Monty Benjamin was kind enough to come back and retreat kitchen/eating area in a very timely manner, within 2days!! The Customer Service representative also was very, very understanding and helpful. Had another pest control service come by to try and persuade me to change, no thank you.! Will stay with Aptive, and quite reasonable which is a huge plus!

Tech called before arriving to go over any areas of concern. Tech addressed areas and maintained additional pest control services, bait box, etc. Excellent service

When the appointment was scheduled I asked to have the technician ring the doorbell. I really appreciate the fact that he let me know he was here and the concerns I had. The technician was very respectful and professional!
