Fantastic service! Tony was extremely professional and thorough! I asked him to focus on the areas of the yard where my 3 young children (5 and under) spend the most time playing. He spent extra time in the playhouse, and swing set. It's a Great feeling knowing that my children will be safe from Brown Widows and other pests while under quarantine.
Although I didn't get to speak with Mr. Delaloussaye, he went to great measure to let me no he was on the property, and service had taken place, thank you for your great service.
He was very professional, timely, caring. He listened & took care or my concerns. He practiced socially distant practices during this time.

Our service was just completed today and I would like to say the technician did a great job (I would provide his name but I do not see it on my completed info email) I would also like him to get the $5.00 bonus but it asks for a name, too, and I don't have one on my information. I discussed a small infestation of moths in my basement and he quickly provided me with some sticky type trap, that he advised has a scent attractant for the moths, and that would help. He was personable and prompt. Good job.
Simply superb. Did the areas where I have asked for and also did where I might need which I realized later that I should have told. Also best part was, the technician accidentally stepped on one of my outdoor solar light post which was already tilted, he thought he damaged it and fixed it right away which took him atleast 10 mins. Very kind..
Rigoberto was courteous upon arrival and when leaving. He thoroughly sprayed the property and before he left advised and helped us with a moth issue, much appreciated. Including the instant receipt, he performed with professionalism and competency. Thank you.
Mr. America serviced the areas surrounding the property.
He did not provide cob webbing service due to dirty brush. It was a rainy day. I would think that the techs would have a couple of brushes to counter a situation like this, so a reschedule can be avoided.
I am already schedule for a re-service. Thank you.
