Jose was excellent! Went above and beyond. He notified me when he arrived and asked if we had any concerns
For him to address, and then let me know before he left that our house has areas of concern where rodents can crawl under, that we need to address. Thank you Jose!!!!
I left note for the instructions and gate code. The technician even rang the door bell spoke to my daughter and she also let the guy know the gate code.
But I received text message says that he could not access to the back yard and I need to reschedule if I want to get a spray in the back yard.
Please have my code on your file and hope this not happens again.
I felt like I was charged money for A service that wasn’t performed, upon inspection after the tech left the house, I found no foot tracks in the snow going around the perimeter of the house indicating that nothing was done. With no tracks going to the mouse bait station on the north side of the house showing that that wasn’t inspected/refilled. Great I was sent a picture of the card with “what” was performed but not of the work being done. If spray was used I should see evidence of the tech walking around the foundation of the house doing so, which again was no evidence. Very disappointed
Very efficient and friendly technician. He treated all the areas I requested and followed all my instructions.
