I was pleased with my recent service by Aptive. Logan was friendly and answered all my questions. He explained the winter treatment so that I understood what he was going to do. When the treatment was complete, he inquired if I had any further questions before he left.

I contacted Aptive to see if they could help me with a problem in my yard. They came the next day, they were on time and listened carefully about my description of the help I needed. The servicer had a plan figured out and then treated the area. He left me feeling relieved and confident that I didn’t need to worry more about the problem.
