Choice Home Warranty is a New Jersey-based company founded in 2008 which offers services contracts. Their plans offer protection against the cost of repair or replacement of major systems and appliances in the home via several plans. Each plan also offers optional coverage for septic systems, pools /spas, well pumps, sump pumps, central vacuuming systems, limited roof leaks, second refrigerators, and standalone freezers.

The customer service team at CHW is quick to respond and helpful with answering questions and concerns. There are simply not enough technicians in my area, and there was a bit of search to get someone to come to my home. I am midway through the process (a part is on order for my dryer) but the technician seemed smart and was very courteous.
My garage door quit working suddenly over the weekend, so I called in a claim, the call was answered in a short time, the agent asked me a few questions, gave me a claim #, and within 15 minutes everything was confirmed, the garage door technician came out the next day, and I am happy!
The electrician David Garrett was absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very professional but yet personable. He fixed my problem. He is awesome. Really enjoyed meeting him. Also very honest person. Thank you!
Quick response to claims and technician out promptly. First claim was built in microwave not working so appliance repairman responded. Service fee paid and found that it was the plug/socket that wasn't working. Electrician now needed so second service fee paid. Could not locate where the problem was within the 1 hour allotted by CHW so claim denied. I paid over $400 to have it repaired although electrical system should be covered. Now the AC unit inside, is vibrating and clanging very loudly. CHW denied the claim as the unit still cools. I've always experience excellent service and great treatment during my service repairs. the technician(s) are courteous and mostly on time they always let me know what the problem is and
they show me the part that needed to be replace I will always recommend Choice Warranty to my
friends when I am ask who do I use for repairs.

Best home warranty process I have ever seen. After submitting the discrepancy was the most effortless process to get my appliance repair. Choice Home Warranty and the repair company where the most courteous and easiest to work with.
I am so thankful that I became a member of Choice Home Warranty. Shortly after becoming a member, I had two plumbing problems followed by my clothes dryer failing. The service I received from Choice Home Warranty was rapid and excellent. They not only sent the information on repairmen, but they also followed up on the repairs to make sure we were pleased with the service. I am overjoyed by this service and plan to stay with them forever.
Even though Items in their contract state they are covered, they don't cover them when they find out how much it will cost to fix. I appealed a ruling, no response, they should have fixed it but didn't and claimed they had changed their email address for their arbitrator...guess what...no response from that email address either. Stay away from this company = complete crooks!
The repairman came at the time he said he would. He was very nice and went right to work. Within about 10-15 minutes he was done and on his way. He left the area nice and clean which we really appreciated. I would recommend Nick and Choice to anyone. Thank you for being so thorough.
