Always professional service displayed by Adan Dickinsons. Called upon arriving & asked if I was experiencing any issues (I haven’t since enrolling in your service) and cited policy that if I do just call for fee- free follow up. Can’t ask for more than that! Thank you and all stay safe!

I think he either accidentally serviced the wrong house or purposely didn't come. I was sitting on my couch in the front living room when I saw the Aptive truck drive by slowly and the driver lean foreword and appeared to be looking at our house. I went to the front door but did not see the truck pull in my driveway. He kept driving down the street. I thought maybe he was going to have his lunch first, it was about that time. A little later, I had been outside in the backyard with my son when I got the email at 12:50p that our house was serviced. I was home all day. No one ever came. My dog never barked. Jahleil Brown was very thorough, making sure to get to all areas of our property, and he was very pleasant and professional!
I specifically called to ask for a time window for my appointment so I could make a quick trip to the grocery store. I was told 11:20 but allow for a window of 11-2. So I ran my errand and returned home at 10:15 - a full hour before the appt only to discover the tech had come at 9:15 while I was away, a full 2 hours before the scheduled time. Because I was gone, my back gate was locked so he didn't do the backyard at all. The company still charged me full price. The tech did not call me to let me know he was coming 2 hours early. As far as I cm concerned, the job was incomplete and the tech should have attempted to call me to finish it.
