#1-sending an email on the day you show up, is not a notice. We were told there would be a phone message left 3 days before. Sending an email on the day that you show up gives us no time to cancel, or change days.
#2-I get it, equipment breaks. Our service was started on Tuesday, but a piece of equipment broke before the house interior could be started. We were told the tech would be back on Friday. No call, no show on Friday.
#3- you are very eager to take my money and have me refer a friend... Let's try to complete the job at hand first. Your customer service is lacking.
After waiting all afternoon for pest control, we received a phone call from Sergio Garza. Since we did not recognize the name, we let the answering machine pick up and listened to the message. He said he would be here in thirty minutes. After arriving he did ring the door and my husband answered to be told that pest control was here. I went outside to let him know that we had ants and he said that he did not see any mounds. Told him that there were no mounds and that the ants were spread out under the grass.
