Carter was very polite. He spoke with my daughter as I was not home. He told her where he was going to spray. My daughter told him that her cat was walking around the area. Carter said he would watch out for the cat. After spraying Carter told my daughter that he never saw the cat, putting her at ease.

I don't know tech's name but he serviced my acc't 1224221 on 8/17. He did a very thorough job, inside and out. He explained everything he did in an understandable manner. He also gave me some hints on prevention. A great credit to your business.

Was here for about 25 minutes. The spider webs returned to the problem spots I pointed out within 7 days. I am not satisfied with the results, especially after two applications 1 month apart.

This is my second year with Aptive Pest Control, so far we are pleased with their service. I wish I can write a comment every time the technician comes to do the service but the portal they recommend just doesn't work.
