I’m sure he did fine with the extermination but he left one of my gates open. My dog’s got out and I got to spend 1/2 hour hunting them down.

We never saw the tech out and still have roaches in the kitchen which was not sprayed at all.

I requested a "flea" treatment and according to the email I received, these are the "Pests Targeted" - "Ants, Gnat/Flies, Spiders, Spider Webs, Wasp Nests, Wasps" I DO NOT SEE "FLEAS" IN THAT LIST! The email also states that these areas were "treated" - "Walk Way, Interior Baseboards, Crack and Crevice, Ant Mound, Eaves, Driveway, Entry Ways, Exterior Foundations" I'D LIKE TO KNOW HOW ANY TREATMENT WAS APPLIED TO THE 'INTERIOR BASEBOARDS' WHEN THE TECHNICIAN NEVER CAME IN THE HOUSE! I requested a FLEA treatment and all that was done was the spraying of the base of the house and around the border of the fence. A couple of tiny ant mounds were sprayed but the rest of the yard was untouched....Read More
