She was a great person to talk with.

Robert was AWESOME!! Very professional; very informative when it came to answering questions; making recommendations; discussing solutions. He adhered to the concerns of the customer and took the appropriate actions to give the customer peace of mind when it came to the service that was provided. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND SO HOT OUTSIDE ALTHOUGH THERE WERE TWO HERE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TOCOME BETWEEN 1 AND 5 BUT GOT HERE AT 9 AM SAME TIME AS MY GARDNERS SO CAN ONLY HOPE IT WORKED OUT OK.
was very friendly, listened to me blabber on even though he clearly knew what he was doing. Took the time to do the inside of my home and explain that we needed to be away from the home for 3 hours before we could come back due to me being pregnant and having a child and dog. Gave advice on ant bait traps and advised I get rid of them as they attract ants.
Quick, informative, and polite! Was able to get in all off the nooks and crannies that we showed.
Jerry Siafah came out to our house today for our quarterly service. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do and listening to my concerns and treating those areas.
