Shawn was very thorough explaining my billing plan. He listened to my pest problems and explained very patiently what he would do to stop my pest problem. I highly recommend Shawn for the $5.00 bonus. And he is a very patient employee. Karen Lofgren

Steve was thorough and quick with the application and inspection of our house for any insect problems. Since we started using Aptive 2 years ago the amount of insects has been minimal, much less than before the applications.

Outstanding service received from technician. Plus he went above and beyond and identified an outdoor gas leak! I immediately called Washington Gas and my gas was immediately shut off. He is our HERO!

He was great on 9/08. A different tech came out on 8/28 and 'said' he did service, but did not...my outdoor cameras picked up no-one at the time he said he was there + the bait box 'food' was never replenished. Again, the tech on 9/08 was thorough and superb! I like both the interior and exterior done and he did it, explaining as he went along. I never heard back from a manager in regards to what happened on 8/28. Ebony (cust. svc.) took my information on 8/28 and once I checked my cameras and saw no service was completed on 8/28, I shared that information with Gaby (cust. svc.) on 9/03. Still waiting...
