Just a very brief “hello” and discussion of what was done. Tech was polite and professional, but he did not enter our house, so I’m not sure how “interior” treatment could be cited.

Rudy came out to mitigate a band of unruly pesky black ants that had emerged when the weather had cooled. This occurred after my regular servicing. He also knocked down additional spider webs. Aptive has the best service techs. Always professional and polite!

We were unable to answer the door (on work meetings) and Stephen rang the doorbell and saw that it was a Ring Doorbell. He spoke into the doorbell with a message since we were unable to physically answer. He was professional and to me this was going above and beyond to communicate with us. I appreciated his verbal note around what he did to the house and told us to have a good day. Hope to have him service our house again!
