Duran Hill certainly did an outstanding job providing an excellent service! He was professional and very knowledgeable informative of the service and what he was treating for. He used the special brush on the pole to get rid of the spider webs and anything else up in the eaves of the house. Kudos to this employee for going above and beyond!
Service was excellent. I signed up for service in the morning and received my first service later that same day. The service payment was also flexible to meet my household budget. My service tech was kind and wore protective equipment and practiced social distancing. She explained what she would do, assured I understood the service schedule and summarized her completed work. I am beyond happy with my experience with this company.
Technician did take care of the problems with the bees for now and spread more chemical for bugs around the house, thanks Steven
Great customer service. He explained everything so well and answered all of my questions
The tech came through the house with his boots on carrying only a stick and no protective gear to remove a large yellow jackets nest. He sat on the deck after poking it for 15 minutes to no avail. He then tried doing it from the bottom level which he was successful in knocking it down. He then left and never cleaned up the nest whatsoever. I called you guys out here to remove the nest not to knock it down and leave it where it fell. I find this absurd and I will be cancelling any future business we have. Good bye!!

So..the pile of mousetraps left on my front porch???is this now a self seve company?? Twice I requested a 1 hour call ahead so i could be sure to be there. NO CALL. The rodent trap set in plan sight of my back patio sitting area is attractive. And i can NEVER get anyone to pick up the phone when i call the office.
Fast and great service. Came out a second time since the first time was cancelled due to rain.
