Adrian Griggs called and advised me of the timeframe he did arrive punctual at 11:00A,M. Ring the doorbell ready to perform the task. Upon completion of the spreading the property. Because of being A Cancer Survivor advised the best time to go outside around home. A Caring, Compassionate and Dedicated Employee Adrian Griggs exhibits Company Loyalty and Customer Service. Tony was our technician and did a great job. He was extremely friendly and found the root of our problem right away. We had ants in our kitchen and I thought he would have to spray inside but he found the next outside against the foundation of our house and wiped them out. We haven't had any problems. He was super and we would like to request him every time we need service. We believe in establishing a relationship with one person and building trust, etc. Thanks!

Tech was on his phone the whole time Being distracted while at my Property. only Did half a job didn’t go to the back Or sides of house to treat and he did not check out with us just left. everything caught on cameras. This is the second time someone has come out doing subpar work will not be paying. Bill till proper work
