Krissy Mcgee was here this afternoon and was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like we do understand this process. I cannot activate the link that would enable Krissy to receive a $5 bonus for her outstanding efforts but she certainly does deserve a bonus for her extra efforts.
Erich was very efficient and polite. Looking forward to seeing results.
Very friendly. Wore a mask and kept a lot more than 6 feet of distance when having the initial conversation (which is much appreciated).
Jacob was prompt, diligent, & very knowledgeable about the products. Moreover, Jacob was very professional and focused on customer service. We specifically asked for him to be the assigned technician for our property. He's a keeper and I hope he is well compensated for his stellar service. Ken Buck
Kyle did a very good job today.He did not feel the need to announce his arrival, did the brushing and clearing and then very thoroughly sprayed around the entire house. Job well done.
Technician was very nice and friendly. However work was unacceptable. I had to remind him to do windows. I’m not sure if he even did doorways in house or garage. I had asked him to check the backyard since I’ve been getting fire ants. He threw a few baits on the grass but did not treat visible ant mounds. Patio and front were not brushed off cobwebs still visible. Patio was not completely treated all the way around. He was finished in less than 2 minutes. He’s either really fast but I think he was not thorough with the treatment.
Sterling was amazing. Very friendly, he went over what he was going to do and made sure to let me know once he was done so I could properly lock up. I want him as my technician each visit.

Terrell did a great job, went above and beyond. He gave me some sticky boards to put up in a drop ceiling that I know bugs are located (seen droppings) explaining how to use and how they work. He was very friendly and professional. Tyrese who was also with him did a good job also getting all the spider webs down from around my house and there were a bunch of them.
The technician was thoughtful and courteous, calling before he came. I was able to prepare the dogs for his visit, which was super helpful.
