Lance Lewis treated my property today and was very thorough. My neighbor and I were outside when he arrived and he explained services to my neighbor that she may need to move forward on. Lance provided her with contact information for Aptive. He explained what he did today and removed a couple of spider webs on the exterior of my property.

I was not home but my sister was, she told him not to spray because it was raining so she said he told her he was just going to brush around our front porch. I will check my calendar for a complete treatment since I see you will be billing us. I really have no rating since work was not completed. Thank you J Branum

Technician was great. Service was quick. He answered all my questions and provided great information for me to follow. My only complaint with the company is the last three technicians/ services, when I click on the link to provide a tip it has an error code and I have not heard back from customer service on how this ca be resolved.
