Again she addressed the problems as well as doing the fall routine. Keep sending her back, she does a good job.

Thank you for coming for 15 minutes and four seconds to spray both the front and backyard. We’ve had a major problem with the quality of the work since we started and after our one year contract we’re going to make a change. I think believe we have one more quarter of service.

Service was great and thoroughly explained though yesterday the sales rep Mark and today tech Max did not wear masks when speaking to me on porch or in my home. I was surprised this was not a requirement. Max was extremely nice and personable
Bryce quietly went about his job and addressed the issues brought to his attention and others he discovered on his own. I was busy with a phone call and was comfortable allowing him to go where he needed to go without monitoring his work. Very pleasant and professional experience with Bryce.

Johnathan as always has gone above and beyond expectations! He always is efficient , pays attention to detail and making sure that it’s all done in one sweep, making his and my time worth it not having to have multiple services done because it was missed like a lot of other technicians!
