I was unable to get through on the customer service line before the scheduled appointment (35 minutes on hold and requested call back that never happened. ) Andrew was very attentive to my concerns. Apologized for any inconvenience to me and addressed my issues on date of service. Great technician! The five stars were for him. Customer service through the provided phone number is a concern of mine. Could be a deal breaker at renewal time.

He never even came to my house ! I have my ring recordings for the whole day and he was t even there and I was charged for something he didn’t even do! I also sent you guys an email saying don’t come cause I had a house fire and I’m not even living there! I’m sure that’s why your guy lied and didn’t do what he said he did cause we have a big dumpster in front so he knew nobody’s living there!

Our technician was Joseph Saronge. He did a great job explaining everything to us and listened and answered all our questions. He did a very thorough job with checking and spraying all the areas of our home that we were concerned with. We'd like to have him be our permanent technician for all of our treatments going forward if we can. I'd also like to thank Mason who was the sales rep that talked to me initially. Everything he told me made us more comfortable to choose your company. I will be sure to recommend you in the future. Now let's get rid of those mice for good!! M. Canonico
